Carol Barnhardt has been a trusted leader in the real estate industry since 1986. After earning her broker’s license in 1988, Carol and her husband, Bob, opened a successful Realty World office in New Jersey. Together, they went on to own and operate both Century 21 and REMAX franchises, where Carol’s expertise in office management, agent recruitment, and training took center stage. Her ability to inspire and mentor agents has led many to become top-performing professionals in the field. In 1998, Carol expanded her talents into the mortgage industry, serving as a Loan Originator and branch manager for a major lender. Through the ever-changing real estate landscape, Carol skillfully led the "Barnhardt Team," managing both real estate and mortgage services.

Beyond her professional success, Carol is proud of her role as a mother and mentor. She raised four children, two of whom continue the family legacy as successful real estate agents in New Jersey and Pennsylvania. In 2015, Carol and Bob relocated to their second home in Millsboro, DE, where she continued her leadership in real estate. Carol also made a significant impact during her time with Keller Williams Realty. As the former Assistant Team Leader and Career Development Director for Keller Williams Realty DE Beaches, she was dedicated to helping agents unlock their potential and build businesses that offered unlimited opportunities for growth.

Currently, Carol serves as Sales Manager for Coldwell Banker Premier’s Rehoboth Beach, Lewes, and Milford offices in Delaware, as well as Operations Manager for The Barnhardt Group. She remains passionate about mentoring agents and guiding them toward success in the industry.

Outside of work, Carol enjoys spending time with her family, which includes her four children and 11 grandchildren. She loves cooking, boating, exploring the Delaware beaches with her dogs, and enjoying happy hours with friends.

Hi, I’m James White, born and raised in Brooklyn, New York. I worked for the United States Postal Service, first as a letter carrier, ending my career, retiring as a postal manager. To get away from such a busy, high-stressed lifestyle, my wife and I would come down to Coastal Delaware for a much needed break. We fished, spent sunny days at the beaches and dined at some of our favorite local spots, never wanting to return home. When I finally retired, we decided to make it official, and purchased our forever home in Lewes, Delaware. Moving here completely changed my health for the better. Less stress, less anxiety, and plenty of time on the golf course!
